I have discovered that simply acknowledging that my symptoms are "sensing" and telling others for an unknown reason helps to alleviate, or at least, mitigate my symptoms. Even after all these years - since I became conscious of becoming an Earth Empath in 1978 - I can "forget" what is causing my symptoms for a short period - then I realize what it is with a sigh of relief.

I strongly urge you to begin a journal. It does not have to be complicated or very detailed. Simply buy a steno pad or small ringed notebook specifically for this purpose.
1. Write down the day, date, time and physical symptom, including the duration of the symptom. Do include how you felt after experiencing the symptom in a note.
2. Keep a log for at least a month - be very consistent so you can recognize and acknowledge what is going on with your body and whether or not you are a true Earth Empath.
3. Sign up for notifications from USGS
I suggest you set the parameters for notifications to 3.0 or greater magnitude in the USA, and 4.5 magnitude Worldwide. If you set the parameters for notifications any lower than this - you will receive too many email notifications. You can also check on USGS website to see earthquakes in the past week if you are curious or want to see "earthquake swarms" which an accumulation of swarms can also bring on Earth Empath sensing symptoms if there are many very close to you - they can tend to feel like a very large event.
4. After keeping your journal of "physical sensing symptoms" - check your journal against the email notifications you have received from USGS.
After a period of about a month, you will clearly be able to identify if, indeed, you are an Earth Empath.
